The banned book project in my own words is us learning about what can offend people. It shows that there are parents and people who want to protect their children. Then for my book, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, it was banned because it had magic. In certain religions magic isn't allowed practice. Then we showed off our parts of our book with our bookmarks. Then through the potluck we did I was able to show off my book and talk about it with others, and that I think was about learning about why books are banned from the things inside of them. Then at Barnes and Noble I saw other people from the other team and I was able to share information about my book. The project wasn’t that hard. Just the reading was a bit hard, but doing the journals wasn't difficult. The easiest part of this project was the bookmarks that we made. I did read the book that I got, but I also watched the movie. I would fully recommend this book to a friend. I feel like I am very proud of my bookmark, I did mess up on using the sharpie. But I like the design of it all. I would change the late work I did and the fact I used sharpie.
